Jutsu Damage-
E-D rank jutsu do 15 damage

C-rank do 20

B ranks do 35

A ranks do 50

S ranked do about 65-100 depending on jutsu.

Health-
Everyone gets 100 hp, and then you add half of your highest stat to your health.
Ex. Someone stats are 20 Tai 13 Nin 17 Gen. You would get 10 health, because its your highest stat.

Evading-
If you have higher stats in the range the attack is, (Say they punch, its taijutsu, they use a genjutsu its genjutsu, if it’s a ninjutsu attack, its ninjutsu.) you get a chance at completely evading. If you have lower stats you can evade and take one rank below damage. If you are acad then you would take 3 damage.

Acads get- 3 evades

Genin get- 3 evades +1 per 10 taijutsu

Chuunin get- 5 evades +2 per 15 tai

Jounin get- 7 evades +2 per 15 tai

Kage get- 10 evades +3 per 50 tai

Max amount of evades however are 60.

Ninja Tools-
All projectiles except for tags deal 5 damage. Tags deal 10 if hit, if dodged they still do 5 damage.

Acads get- 5 kunai, 1 tag, 10 shuriken, and 15 senbon.

Genin get- 10 kunai, 2 tags, 15 shuriken, and 20 senbon

Chuunin get- 15 kunai, 5 tags, 20 shuriken, and 20 senbon

Jounin, Akatsuki(Including leader), Missing-Nin, and ANBU get- 20 kunai, 5 tags, 20 shuriken, and 25 senbon.

Kages get- 20 kunai, 5 tags, 25 shuriken, and 30 senbon.
Tai Damage-
Acad- 5 damage

Genin- 10 damage

Chuunin- 15 damage

Jounin- 20 damage

Kage- 25 damage

Healing-
Healing jutsu can ONLY be used by medics. However Medics are also only ever capable of learning two elements, nothing beyond ever, no exceptions. Healing jutsu all do the same thing, they heal the user or his teammate rank damage. Healing jutsu also can only ever be used 3 times per battle, unless you have a kekkei genkai that says otherwise.

The only way to do more than rank damage is by using a weapon with it. No jutsu that double your damage, if you use more than one jutsu (Including taijutsu) its still rank damage. If you’re jutsu does extra damage you have one shot to get it approved by a mod before you can buy it.

Training Points:
Basically Training points are the easy way of getting jutsu. In order to gain training points you have to train with someone of a higher rank than you. (If you’re a kage then you get training points by training with another kage.) A mod will grant you training points only if your post is good in your training topic. The most you can get from one post is 15, and that takes an amazing quality post. If you double post an action in training all training points(or TP) are taken away from the ones you gained that session, and you wont gain anymore in that session of training. If you want to learn a specific jutsu with your training points you must post that jutsu’s info in the first post on your topic. Here is how the training points table goes.

Rank E jutsu- 5 TP

Rank D jutsu- 10 TP

Rank C jutsu- 15 TP

Rank B jutsu- 25 TP
Rank A jutsu- 40 TP

Rank S jutsu- 75 TP

For every rank below the jutsu you want to learn you are(Explained in next table) You must add 10 TP to the needed amount for the jutsu. So say if you’re a D-ranked ninja and you want to learn an A ranked jutsu, you must gain a total of 70 TP (40 for the jutsu, and 30 because of your rank.) For every rank above the jutsu you are you take OFF 10 points. So if you were an S ranked ninja learning a B ranked jutsu the cost would be 5 because you take off 20. Ranking goes as such.

Acad are- D ranked

Genin- C ranked

Chuunin- B ranked

Jounin(This includes ANBU, Akatsuki, and Missing-Nin)- A ranked

Kage and Sannin- S ranked.

Chakra-
Everyone has a chakra starting at 100, and then you add both your Genjutsu and Ninjutsu to that chakra count. So if you had 20 tai 24 Nin and 16 Gen you would have 140 chakra points. All Ninjutsu and Genjutsu take up chakra. The table goes as such.

E-ranked jutsu= 5 chakra

D-ranked jutsu= 10 chakra

C-Ranked jutsu= 20 chakra

B-ranked jutsu= 25 chakra

A-ranked jutsu= 50 chakra

S-ranked jutsu= 100 chakra.

Chakra can be replenished with Soldier pills. Everyone gets 3 soldier pills per battle. Soldier pills replenish 100 chakra + your taijutsu stat. You cant go over your original chakra or health. Chakra also goes up by 10 every two turns you spend not using a ninjutsu or genjutsu.

Demons & CS-
When in demon or curse mark form these are the boosts you gain.

CS level 1= +100 chakra, and a 5 damage boost.
CS level 2= +100 chakra and a 10 damage boost.

(Curse marks must be gained through a kage or be there in your app. required to be at
least A-ranked to go into 2nd level CS)

Demon no tail= +50 chakra and a 5 damage boost, needs to be below half health to activate.

Demon with tails= +100 chakra and a 10 damage boost, needs to have no more chakra and demon no tail form first. Also must be atleast an A-ranked ninja to gain tails.

Battles-
Battles are turn based. The person who makes the forum gets to decide the arena. After that the person with the higher taijutsu goes first(If tied the person who didn’t make the topic goes first).

Sealing-
Sealing jutsu are Illegal. No exceptions. If you preform a sealing jutsu your post is deleted, no debating it. Not even kages can use sealing jutsu.

Summonings-
Summonings cost chakra to summon. Each summoning costs exactly half of your original chakra. So if you started at 120 chakra, and you have under 60 left, you cant summon until you get more chakra. Summonings do one rank below you damage for taijutsu. Any jutsu a summoning uses counts as a B-ranked jutsu damage. Summoning's health is 50+ half of your ninjutsu.
