OK, here are a few guidelines to help all of you RP Battlers.

The first person to post in a battle thread will pick the Battle Feild/Environment. The second will attack first.

Evades: Any move made in which you avoid taking damage is an evade.
Here is a simple equation when it comes to evades.
-If you're an Academy Student, you get 3 evades.
-Genin get 3 evades +1 evade for each 15 Taijutsu points that you have.
-Chuunin get 5 evades +2 extra evades for every 20 Taijutsu points that you have.
-Jounin get 7 evades +3 extra evades for every 25 Taijutsu points that you have.
-If you're a Kage, you get 30 evades +5 for every 45 Taijutsu points you have.


Health:
-All Shinobi have 100 HP +1 HP for every Genjutsu stat you have.

Damage: Damage is equal to the below rules whether it be Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, Taijutsu.

-All Academy Student attacks do 5 damage.
-All Genin attacks do 10 damage.
-All Chuunin attacks do 15 damage.
-All Jounin attacks do 20 damage.
-All Kage attacks do 25 damage.

***Note- 1 Attack= 1 Post, which means using more than one jutsu of any type in a single post does not deal additional damage.
I.E. for a genin: (Nin/Gen/Tai)Jutsu + (Nin/Gen/Tai)Jutsu = 10 damage.

Weapons: Additional, Specialized weapons can be purchased in PF's Weapon Shoppe.

Kunai: All Kunai do 5 damage a piece. They can be used long and close ranged. All explosive tags deal 10 damage a piece.
-Academy Students get 5 Kunai
-Genin get 10 Kunai + 2 Explosive Tags
-Chuunin get 15 Kunai + 5 Explosive Tags
-Jounin get 15 Kunai + 10 Explosive tags
-Kages get 20 Kunai + 10 Explosive Tags

Shuriken: All Shuriken so 5 damage a piece. They can only be used long-ranged.
-Academy Students get 10 Shuriken
-Genin get 15 Shuriken
-Chuunin get 20 Shuriken
-Jounin get 25 Shuriken
-Kages get 30 Shuriken

Summons: To summon any kind of creature use the below.
-Genin: Sacrifice 5 evades
-Chuunin: Sacrifice 4 evades
-Jounin: Sacrifice 3 evades
-Kage: Sacrifice 2 evades.

Remember:
Summons Attack= One rank lower than that of the summoner,
and
A Summons HP= 50HP+half of the Summoner's Ninjutsu Stat Points

i know its a kinda similiar system but ppl can use this system if neji wants so ppl can use a different 1

No, two systems is too confusing dude. Learn the new system or dont fight^^
Unless you want to come up with a completely new, original system.

Im thinking of trying to get this to be a site like the post Nayu-chan made...I think it was called "T1" But this site has too many people like Ryu and I to do that....

That'd Rock. I really like that system, and would love a T1 Rp site....But There are....3? people that know T1 on this site out of 14
