Curse mark isent. Anyone that has it can use it, as long as they didnt die while receiving it. Unlocking the second stage even has a 100% survival chance. Theres nothing hard about a curse mark.

Everyone has chakra gates however. There are just only certain persons that can unlock them by training it.

Manipulating the Curse Mark's chakra without destroying your body takes just as much talent as using the gates. Plus, it doesn't take much talent to unlock gates, just the training and the endurance to survive it.

Wether the cursemark does or doesnt consume you simply depend on or you're smart enough not to overuse it. Thats no talent.

Chakra gates however cannot be gained simply by training. One needs a certain degree of talent for taijutsu to be able to open gates. Especialy opening several gates (most people can open 1, but opening 6 is quite an art). Plus, gates dont usually kill you, but cause massive strain. In theory only the 8th gate can kill you.

This is a good point. I will forfeit for now. But I hold true to the fact that Lee could NOT take down anyone as powerful as say....Orochimaru.
