Basically suggesting my idea. Kudos for throwing that out there Kugo-Kun. I..Dont think you should start over completely...but be lowered..alot. I mean, it wouldn't make sense if you were E-rank, and had S rank jutsu and weaponry, and then, have no powers, but remain the same rank, because you would be continuously defeated...I don't see how it would help at all ^^;. I think it should just be lowered to Genin or a lower rank, and you go back to lower rank jutsu's a weapons. The ones you ORIGINALLY started with when you made a character....But thats just what I think, Lol. [;Shrug;]
