Effect- Chakra no Mesu is a special Ninjutsu technique used by medical ninjas. After forming the needed handseals, the ninja will focus chakra to their hands. When their charged hands reach the body of their target, they can extend the chakra internally into the targets body to cut and neatly slice their muscles and blood vessels without harming the surface skin. This technique can be used in battle, but because of its hectic nature, the fine precision required for an instant kill is not feasible. Damage can still be done to the vital organs, but the technique should be used carefully in battle.

Effect- By concentrating chakra to the hand, the user is able to cure wounds by focusing their own chakra to where the critical injuries lie, healing them in the process. This may also be utilised as the Chakra Enjintou and Chakra no Mesu, or the chakra scalpel for that matter - in order to sever the opponent's muscle fibers at the point of contact.

Effect- The user gives blood and summons a Cerberus. A Cerberus is a large, three-headed, dog. This dog can perform any fire and earth jutsu that the summoner knows. The Cerberus can also take any hit that isnt water-based. The Cerberus summoned at this rank of the jutsu is about eight feet tall and can split into three different, one-headed dogs that control different elements, earth, fire, and one is basically a medic.

Description- This is a claymore, and extremely large sword. This is sword is slightly shorter than the Tsuchikage himself, and is made of the most pure ores in the Stone village. Along the edge of the blade are three seals.
Effect- These seals can only be activated by pushing the special, Kenjinchi chakra through the blade to the seals. When activated a seal will glow brown. The first seal is the kanji characters for "Bless" 祝福. When this seal is activated the user's body is healed slightly(5 health every turn.) The next seal is the kanji character for "Soil" 土. When this seal is activated the seal before it stops working. When this seal is used the user can manipulate the soil around them perfectly with ease, this technique does an extra 10 damage to the attack if used. The last seal is kanji for "Death"死. When this seal is activated a special poison chakra encases the Claymore, this claymore then does 20 extra damage because of the poison chakra. One seal can be activated at once, and you have to activate them in order(Ex. Can't skip right to death.) Bless can be activated anytime in the battle, Soil requires bless to be up for 3 turns before it can be activated the first time, and Death needs Soil activated 5 turns.

Description= This scepter is a slightly long, pitch black, decorative rod. This Rod is made of blackened steel, the bottom has a small, orange, glowing gem on it. The handle is wrapped in black leather. Also, the top is almost like a bladed pitchfork. It has to blades that curve out then in, and a spike in the middle.
Abilities= This rod has the ability to summon fire from the middle of the scepter. This fire is celestial and will continue burning the opponent if touched.
Damage= Rank damage. Plus if touched by the flame consecutive burns for 5 turns( 5 damage per turn)
History/Background Story: Kugo was named by his parents as spite to their village. They grew up hating the village, believing that the village manipulated their clan of medics. Therefore he was named "Puppet". Kugo grew up with this drilled into his head, but he didn't believe it. So when the clan revolted against the village and was quietly erased he ran away, hiding himself until it was safe. After that the village raised him as an orphan. He taught himself how to use jutsu of his two elements, fire and earth, and taught himself to be a medic. Kugo never wanted to see anyone else die in vain. He rose in the ranks fast, becoming one of the strongest in the village, and the Tsuchikage.
Clan Info:The clan was founded in the Hidden Stone. They were great medics with a natural ability to manipulate stone. They have a special ability developed by the founding two, Mimiru and Kidate. This ability originated as a jutsu, but developed into a kekei genkai. The kekei genkai was able to amplify their healing and earth abilities greatly. After discovering the hidden power behind this they revolted against the Tsuchikage. The Tsuchikage then had them all assasinated to silence them, leaving only one alive; the prodigy of shinobi, Kugutsu Kenjinchi. After the assasination of his clan, it was up to Kugo to raise a clan loyal to the Stone village.

The activator's chakra rises greatly, increasing their abilities. When activated their eyes are covered in stone. They can now use Earth jutsu way more effectively, and use medical ninjtusu just as well as earth jutsu.
C-Rank:The user fills their body with their "special" chakra, a pure brown chakra. This chakra then fully heals the body, and covers the eyes in stone. The stones then glow brown, and a black rose appears on the user's chest. The stone doesn't hurt the user, but it does give them full capability of manipulating stones around them. This rank gives them the ability to begin summoning a Cerberus, the guardian of their clan.
