in side the wather ryuku can see haku then swims to the edge and says watter shark bullet and a masive blast of water comes at haku and then ryuku swims down to the deep and

A) That jutsu would be illegal to the system.

B) It is described as a Ninjutsu, no matter what you say the type is. If you wish it to be a genjutsu, say "The enemy is placed under the illusion that they are in a water typhoon and spikes continuously attack them.

C) That jutsu is on an Unapproved character sheet, you fought with a character that doesn't exist.
